Please review the following information before you consider making a purchase.
- Prices listed are tax-inclusive.
- Prices or designs of merch may change or be subject to cancellation without prior notice.
- No returns or exchanges can be made, with the exception of defective items. If you have received a defective item, please contact the vendor via the inquiry section of the item page.
- At the commencement of sales, access to the aforementioned websites may be impeded due to server traffic congestion.
- Any changes or announcements regarding items and sales will be posted on the concert website and official Twitter accounts.

Pre-Order
- Pre-order merchandise can be purchased via the smartphone application ‘holocart’.
First, set the time for when you want to receive your order to reduce your waiting time.
Then show the QR code issued for your purchase on the “holocart” application at the venue to receive your order. - Pre-order merchandise are in limited quantities and sales will end once they are out of stock. There is a limit to the number of available pick-up time slots as well.
- On-site merchandise pre-order via “holocart” application is only available to customers who purchased venue tickets for “hololive SUPER EXPO”, “hololive 4th fes. Our Bright Parade”, and “Special Stages”.
Further details will be announced at a later date. - For merchandise pick-up, please set the same date as the date specified on your venue ticket. You cannot receive your order if the date on your ticket does not match the date you set for your pick-up. Also, the merchandise and exhibition booths do not share the same entrance. Please follow the instructions of our staff members.
- Please note that you cannot change or cancel your order once it is finalized.
- You cannot purchase additional items, cancel your order, or change your merchandise at the pick-up counter.
- You cannot return or exchange the product unless it is defective.
- In order to reduce congestion at the merchandise booth, we will set a “meeting time” for pick-ups on the day of the event. You can choose your meeting time upon your purchase.
- It may take 30 to 40 minutes from the meeting time before receiving your order.
- You can still receive your order even if you are late to the meeting time. However, you will receive your order after all customers who came on time have received their orders. Please check the time of the stage ticket or a numbered ticket with a designated time.
- A venue ticket is required to use this service. Your order will be nullified and refunded if you have purchased pre-order merchandise without venue tickets.
- For on-site merchandise pre-orders, there are limitations for both the quantity of the merchandise and the number of available pick-up time slots. Merchandise sales will end once the products are out of stock or there are no available pick-up time slots.
- On the day of the event, please bring the QR code and legal identification with you. You cannot receive your order without them.
- There are no charging facilities or charger rental services at the venue. Please charge your smartphones and tablet devices before coming to the event.
- Only the customer who purchased the merchandise can pick up their order. Please do not line up with your accompanies.
- Please check your order’s size, quantity, and details with the staff at the pick-up counter. We cannot answer your inquiries once you leave the counter.
- We are not responsible for any lost items after your pick-up.
- Orders not received until the end of hololive SUPER EXPO 2023 will be shipped to ticket holders via cash on delivery after confirming the ticket information. For orders placed without a venue ticket, we will cancel and refund your order without any prior notice.
- hololive official application “holocart” is only released in Japan and not supported on feature phones. You cannot use the application if you cannot download it. For customers who cannot use the application, please visit the customer support counter located at the merchandise booth, or ask the staff member near the merchandise booth on the day of the event.
- Purchases for the purpose of resale are strictly prohibited.
- The start time of merchandise sales and other details are subject to change depending on circumstances.

On-The-Day Purchase and Numbered Ticket Precautions
hololive SUPER EXPO’s on-the-day merchandise purchase and its numbered tickets are only available to customers who have tickets for either hololive SUPER EXPO, hololive 4th fes. Our Bright Parade, or the Special Stages.
* You can only enter the merchandise booth if you have appropriate tickets since the merchandise booth is located inside the hololive SUPER EXPO venue. Also, the entrance of the merchandise booth is different from the entrance of the exhibition booth. Please follow the instructions of our staff.
The items sold at the on-site merchandise sales are limited in quantity. Please check our official Twitter account, website, or holocart application for any sold-out announcements.

On-The-Day Purchase Guide
①Create your order list.
Create your order list at the ‘on-the-day purchase’ menu on your holocart application.
* You can create your order list before coming to the venue.
* To ensure a smooth purchase experience, please create your order list before your purchase. You can only enter the merchandise booth if you have created the order list in advance. Also, you cannot edit your order list once you enter the merchandise booth.
* The order list does not guarantee your purchase of the merchandise. We will recheck your order and its amount at the merchandise booth once the items in your order list are out of stock.
②Acquire your numbered ticket.
On the day of the event, please check in with your holocart application and acquire your numbered ticket.
* Please note that the ticket with the callout number (numbered ticket) is distributed by the first come, first served rule.
* You cannot purchase merchandise without numbered tickets. Please acquire them before coming to the merchandise booth.
* The items for the merchandise sales are in limited quantities. The product sales and its numbered ticket distribution may end once the items are out of stock.
* Acquiring a numbered ticket does not guarantee your purchase of the specific items.
Check-in starts at 7:00 AM (JST)
Numbered ticket distribution starts at 7:30 AM (JST)
* Check-in requires GPS on your devices to be activated. Please double-check your device settings before the check-in.
* Numbered tickets can only be acquired if you have finished your check-in. In case you cannot complete your check-in, please ask a staff member nearby or inquire the support via holocart application.
* Once you check in, your check-in status will last throughout the day of the event. We advise you to start moving after you acquire your numbered ticket.
③Purchase your merchandise in the order of the callout number listed on your numbered ticket.
The callout number will be announced via push notifications on your devices.
Once your number is called out, please come to the waiting space near the merchandise booth.
(The number will be called out in batches. e.g., numbers ●~●)
* Please turn your push notifications on and check them thoroughly not to miss out on your notifications. We are not eligible for any missed opportunities caused by push notifications not being sent to your devices.
* You can still come to the merchandise booth before the entrance time ends, even if you have missed your turn on your callout number. (The last possible time to enter the merchandise booth is on 5 PM JST)
* Due to circumstances, there may be delays in the callout numbers’ announcements. Please check the time of the stage ticket or a numbered ticket with a designated time.
* Please follow the instructions of our staff members.
Notes
- You cannot return or exchange the product unless it is defective. The receipt for your order is required for return or exchange, and the request should be made within seven days of your purchase.
- The items are available each day but they are limited in quantities. There will be no same-day restocks and the sales will end once they are out of stock.
- There are purchase limits to the number of items you can buy per purchase. Since you cannot fall in line again, please acquire a numbered ticket and wait for your turn if you wish to purchase more items.
- There are no charging facilities or charger rental services at the venue. Please charge your smartphones and tablet devices before coming to the event.
- If you leave in the middle of the line, you will have to fall in line again at the end of the line. Please note that it is not allowed to reserve a place, wait for someone else, or interrupt the line even if you know each other.
- Please consult a staff member on the day of the event if you have brought your children or someone who needs assistance.
- Please check your order’s size, quantity, and details with the staff at the merchandise booth. We cannot answer your inquiries once you leave the booth.
- We are not responsible for any lost items after your purchase.
- We do not offer plastic bags at the booth.
- There is no dedicated space to trade your products, meet others, or rest inside the merchandise booth. To avoid congestion, please leave the booth immediately after your immediately.
